OUR TEAM

Courtney Worrell is CEO of 303 Associates and has 23+ years of successful real estate management. She is engaged in commercial, residential, and hospitality entitlements, leasing, construction, and acquisition. Courtney serves on the Board of several organizations and nonprofits. She and her husband Jack are adjusting to the empty-nesting lifestyle, now that their son is an Biosystems Engineering student at Clemson.

Dick Stewart is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and Founder of 303 Associates. In his retirement from successful careers in wireless and real estate, he now serves as chairman of 303 Associates and is on the board of many civic and non-profit organizations. Dick and his wife Sharon are silent philanthropists who love Beaufort’s history, natural beauty, and community. They enjoy spending time with their daughter and grandchildren.

Donna Bradley is a Beaufortonian with over 20+ years accounting experience, Donna has been with 303 Associates since 2018 and she is our HR extraordinaire, Senior Accounting Executive, and go-to for businesses who have questions about billing. In addition to her dedication to our team, Donna is involved in several local organizations.

Ralph, our maintenance and engineering guru, has been with our company since 2003. A retired marine, Ralph has expertise in various mechanical equipment and is an invaluable team member. He enjoys spending time with his family and kayaking. Fun fact: he has finished Chattajack (a 31 mile kayak race) 3 times!

Ashley H. started with 303 Associates in 2024. Ashley has returned home to Beaufort after serving in the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller. She has lived all over the US and in Bahrian, and now spends her days enjoying the beach, hiking, baking and spending time with her kids.
 

Bobby Blanton is an accountant and has been with 303 Associates since 2019. Hailing from upstate SC, Bobby is enjoying coastal living and exploring. He is a talented musician and enjoys leading the choir at Carteret United Methodist Church.

Catherine, our Marketing Coordinator, has been with 303 Associates since 2022. Catherine is a  graduate student at The Citadel. Mostly remote, she communicates effectively and delivers concepts and assets timely and creatively.

Donna McNaughton is an accountant and has been with 303 Associates since 2020. Donna is the go-to for all accounts receivables. She moved to the Lowcountry from New York and is enjoying going to all the Festivals and events.

Iman, born and raised in Beaufort, joined the team in 2023. She volunteers with the Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA), and spends her time finding new recipes and making lasting memories with her family.

Kerry Mayo, Operations Manager, is an invaluable member of our team with over 20 years of management and contract administration experience. In his spare time he likes to go to the movies, the beach, watch sports, go to church and spend time with family and friends.

Leonard Colleton is an integral part of our maintenance and engineering department. A South Carolina native, Leonard loves to read and enjoys art and outdoor activities. Growing up on a farm, he took an early interest in carpentry. He is always striving to be better and serve as a positive impact for the community.

Sally, our Office Manager, started with 303 Associates in 2023. Sally has lived in South Carolina since 2013 and fell in love with the Lowcountry lifestyle when visiting Beaufort. She spends her time cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and enjoying the beach.

Stephen White, master of carpentry, found Beaufort by way of sailboat after a career in the Army. An avid history buff who enjoys travel, Stephen is passionate about blue water sailing and has logged over 5,000 miles.
